The hotel seems like a wonderful base for good rest. The room is new-fashioned and spotless with brand new decor. The cost is usd 931. Its location anywhere in the square is quiet and unbeatable.

Location close enough to local market and all main attractions in Chiang Mai old quarter. For tea or coffee visit Baan Homemade Bakery nearby.
Beds were quite hard.

lots of goodies for breakfast. budget room, soft bed, great-sized bathroom. the location was great and incredible and the staff were polite. from the bus stop 15 minutes on foot.

Marvellous location in the great area, really close to a temple and another guesthouse. Superbly friendly and affable stuff and quick to respond.

I thoroughly enjoyed the fact that the room was beautiful little and great-sized and bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was favourable and fantastic, short walk to the centre of the old town as well as sites and things to do, in a nice enough area.
